A Feast to Celebrate the Future of Food (The Culinary Trust)
"A Feast to Celebrate the Future of Food" is a multisensory dining event to kick off nonprofit The Culinary Trust's 30th Anniversary Capital Campaign.

Join chef, artist and Modernist Cuisine co-author Maxime Bilet and special guests for an interactive dining experience highlighting constructive, educational, and delicious ideas for creating a powerful shift in our food system.

Participating chefs and special guests include:
Ted Allen (Food Network)
Elizabeth Falkner (Corvo Bianco NYC, Next Iron Chef)
Dan Felder (Momofuku Culinary Lab, head of R&D)
Einav Gefen (Knorr Brands, Unilever)
Raghavan Iyer  (Emmy-winning teacher and cookbook author)
Jehangir Mehta (Graffiti NYC, Next Iron Chef)
Frank Mentesana (EcoSPACES)
Michael Cirino (A Razor, A Shiny Knife founder)

The event is at The Studio at International Culinary Center, 28 Crosby Street, 5th Floor.  Ticket price includes tastes at food installations, passed hors d'oeuvres, wine, sake, and signature cocktail.

Through a series of tastes, aromas and stories you will be treated to a feast for the senses and an inspiring journey through modern cooking applications and the flavorful learning experiences they can create. Our guest chefs and food scientists will demonstrate the impact of food as expression, and invigorate your commitment to supporting critical issues around food and cooking.

Please note: The event will be limited to 100 guests due to the highly unique nature of the experiences during the evening.

The Culinary Trust is the 501(c)3 foundation of the International Association of Culinary Professionals.
